About the role
As an Area Manager, you’ll bring our strategy to life by leading store performance, people, and operations. Based in Perth, you’ll spend most of your week in stores (around four days a week) and visiting multiple locations to support Store Leaders and their teams with a portfolio of approx. 10 stores.
You’ll coach, mentor, and empower Store Leaders to deliver strong commercial outcomes, a safe and engaging workplace, and exceptional customer experiences. From driving P&L performance and managing shrinkage to building future leaders and strengthening our safety-first culture, you’ll make a real impact every day.
As an Area Manager, you will:
- Champion safety, wellbeing, and compliance across every store
- Inspire and coach Store Leaders to deliver outstanding results and bring “Our Way” to life
- Drive P&L success – hitting sales, margin, and EBIT targets with confidence
- Build high-performing, motivated teams with strong succession plans for the future
- Collaborate with support teams to elevate stock management, service, and operational excellence
- Lead change with purpose and positivity, creating a customer-first culture that thrives
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager for WA/QLD, the role involves some travel, including occasional overnight stays.
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring out the best in people. You understand what exceptional service looks like, you’re commercially savvy, and you can navigate a P&L with confidence. Explaining EBIT? Easy. Making quick, data-driven decisions? That’s your superpower.
If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

- Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen (you know your way around EBIT)
- Proven success in leading large, diverse teams across multiple locations
