This exciting opportunity drives the fulfilment and delivery operations within Officeworks’ state-of-the-art semi-automated Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) for WA and NT, based at Perth airport. Our CFC Operations Manager ensures accurate and consistent order fulfilment and delivery for all Officeworks' customers and store operations.

 

Supporting our State Supply Chain Manager for WA & NT, this key role will manage all aspects of the CFC including Safety, People, Service, Productivity, and Cost. The CFC Operations Manager leads, supports, and develops the CFC Team Leaders to achieve success in their own teams and as a whole CFC. The CFC Operations Manager’s accountability covers all key departmental operations including Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, X-Dock, Despatch, Inventory, and Customer Service.

 

This pivotal role requires a dynamic people and operations leader who can take an integral seat in our Supply Chain team to develop and drive the retail and ecommerce fulfilment standards. Leading and coaching a CFC Operations team, this position delivers a consultative, collaborative and compliant fulfillment and logistics service to our customers and stores from our Customer Fulfillment Centre.

 

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including 3PL service providers and team members across the business to support the delivery of the Officeworks Supply Chain vision, you will drive continuous enhancements in our Operational process, systems and infrastructure.

About you

  • Brings proven experience of successfully running a medium to large CFC, DC, or warehousing facility
  • Is focussed on achieving operational, safety, and leadership excellence
  • Genuinely loves leading and developing their team to achieve personal and company success

  • Demonstrates strong communication and influence skills to keep your teams engaged and inspired on our continued journey towards excellence
