We’re launching our largest Supply Chain site in Redbank, Queensland, a major investment in scale, innovation, and the future of our distribution network. This is a rare opportunity to join and help bring a large scale operation to life from the ground up.

 

We're seeking experienced and people-focused DC Team Leaders to join us across a range of operational areas, including:

  • Fulfillment
  • Receiving
  • Despatch
  • Replenishment / Put Away

More About the Role

 

Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you'll drive the day or afternoon shift, leading a team of Coordinators and Team Members across one of several key operational areas, including Fulfillment, Receiving, Despatch, Replenishment/Put Away. You'll champion safety, service, productivity, inventory accuracy and people performance outcomes while building a high-performing team culture and contributing to the success of our new state-of-the-art Queensland Distribution Centre.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, while maintaining a safe, engaged and high-performing workplace.

 

Key Focus areas

Safety & Compliance: Lead a strong safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, Chain of Responsibility requirements and company policies. Drive hazard management, incident investigations, injury management, site audits and 5S standards to create a safe and productive workplace.

People Leadership: Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team of Coordinators and Team Members. Foster an inclusive and engaging culture while supporting recruitment, training, workforce planning, succession development and performance management.

Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day distribution centre operations to achieve safety, service, productivity and quality targets. Monitor key operational KPIs, collaborate with stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of customer and operational commitments.

Inventory & Stock Management: Drive inventory accuracy and stock integrity through effective inventory control processes, cycle counting and asset management. Proactively identify and resolve inventory risks while ensuring receiving, storage, replenishment and dispatch activities are executed efficiently.

Performance & Continuous Improvement: Optimise labour utilisation, operational costs and overall site performance through data-driven decision making. Partner with leadership teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives, implement new processes and systems, and enhance safety, productivity, quality and customer outcomes.

About you

You are an authentic leader who enjoys developing people and creating high-performing teams. You bring operational knowledge, a safety-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.

 

You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse, Logistics or Operational Leadership role.
  • Solid experience leading teams within a fast-paced distribution, warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in one or more operational areas such as Fulfillment, Receiving, Despatch, Replenishment/Put Away, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and operational planning.
  • Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety practices and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certificate in Warehouse Operations.
  • Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety.

 

Technology Experience

Experience using systems such as:

  • SAP
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Kronos or workforce management systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Power BI
  • SuccessFactors
