We’re launching our largest Supply Chain site in Redbank, Queensland - A major investment in scale, innovation, and the future of our retail network. This is a rare opportunity to join and help bring a large‑scale operation to life from the ground up.
Welcome to our new, state-of-the-art Redbank Distribution Centre! We are looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking DC Planning Manager to take the reins on our operational planning. In this high-impact role, you won't just be managing workflows—you’ll be designing the pulse of our entire DC, ensuring we hit our service commitments and deliver operational excellence every single day.

What You’ll Do:
- Mastermind the Workflow: Own the daily execution and end-to-end labour planning. You’ll anticipate seasonal rushes, manage intra-day peaks, and lead wave planning and slotting strategies to keep us moving fast and efficiently.
- Lead with Data: Be our analytics SME. Using SQL querying, Korber WMS, SAP ERP, Power BI, and Excel, you’ll extract, analyse, and interpret operational data, monitor order flow, maintain master data accuracy, and build dashboards that provide our operational leaders with real-time, game-changing insights for smarter decision-making.
- Drive Innovation: We never settle. You will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, rolling out DILO (Day in the Life Of) frameworks and identifying clever ways to optimise our slotting and labour models.
- Empower a Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of 1-5 direct reports, setting the standard for a high-performance, accountable, and highly engaged culture.
About you
What You Bring to the Table:
- The Experience: 5+ years of operational leadership in a fast-paced Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain environment, with demonstrated capabilities in DC planning.
- The Tech Stack: You are a natural with data and systems—specifically advanced proficiency in SAP ERP, Korber WMS, Power BI, Kronos, AI and SQL queries.
- The Mindset: You are a strategic problem-solver who thrives under pressure, adapts to shifting priorities, and always puts safety first.
- The Edge (Highly Regarded): A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business, and/or certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management is a distinct advantage.
