Are you a highly organised marketing professional who thrives on collaboration, operational excellence, and getting the details right? We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to play a critical role in delivering seamless and high-impact campaigns.

As the central connector across the business, you’ll work closely with a broad network of stakeholders, including senior leaders, to bring campaigns to life. You’ll ensure every campaign is delivered on time, aligned across teams, and executed with precision, while upholding strict legal and pricing standards.

Owning the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, you’ll transform category insights into impactful strategies, shaping briefs and driving long-term customer connections. Through strong, collaborative relationships, you’ll ensure campaigns are cohesive, consistent, and brilliantly executed across every customer touchpoint.

This is an exciting opportunity for a true marketing generalist, with the opportunity to drive large-scale retail campaigns across channels, engage diverse B2B and B2C audiences, and collaborate with global brands like Apple and Intel.

 

As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will:

 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery high-impact retail campaigns annually, including major trading moments like EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas, and Back to School
  • Partner with Category Marketing to shape campaign strategy, aligning on priorities and translating insights into compelling campaign execution
  • Own campaign timelines, workflows, and production schedules, ensuring seamless delivery, on time and to the highest standard
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, Digital, Trade, Merchandise, Planning, and Content teams to bring integrated campaigns to life across all channels
  • Ensure all campaign assets are accurate, on-brand, and compliant, validating pricing, messaging, and promotional mechanics
  • Maintain and optimise the master Marketing Calendar, driving alignment with Finance, Planning, and Insights while identifying opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Support Retail Media execution, coordinating supplier briefs, campaign toolkits, and asset delivery to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Drive clear, proactive communication across stakeholders and leadership, while supporting budget management, governance, and a high-performing, collaborative team culture

 

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract working in our Chadstone Support Office.  We support a hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in office with the remainder of your week at home.

About you

 

You’re a generalist that enjoys variety with a balance of strategy and operational delivery, with your ability to get across the detail and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.  In addition, you will:

 

  • 10+ years’ experience in Retail Marketing, Advertising, Production or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience working in and managing Campaigns or Advertising Production is essential
  • Experience delivering cross-functional marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence
  • Solid understanding of pricing, promotions, and compliance within a retail or similar environment
