About the role

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst – Supply Chain to join our IT Supply Chain team and play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the technology that underpins our supply chain and warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of key supply chain applications, including SAP ERP logistics modules, Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump), and a range of integrated third-party technologies.

Working closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, vendors, and IT teams, you will lead functional solution design, manage system enhancements and small-to-medium projects, and provide expert support for business-critical applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, driving process improvements, and ensuring systems continue to meet operational, quality, and service level expectations.

About you

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 year’s experience supporting and configuring Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems within a complex environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related discipline (ITIL certification highly regarded).
  • Strong experience with SAP ERP logistics modules and integrations with supply chain systems
  • Experience supporting and delivering IT projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on SaaS applications within cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, including SAP iDocs, messaging frameworks, and third-party application connectivity.
  • Minimum Intermediate SQL skills and experience working with large volumes of operational and inventory data.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to investigate, analyse, and reconcile inventory and supply chain data across multiple systems.
  • Proven experience working with vendors and third-party providers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical and effective technical solutions.
  • Experience working within ITIL-based support environments, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across IT, supply chain, warehouse operations, and business teams.
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and emerging supply chain solutions.
  • High attention to detail, strong customer focus, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel to warehouse and operational sites as required.
