About the role

As a Retail Department Leader, you will:

• Let your customer service skills shine by being a solutions expert. Go beyond transactions.  Listen actively, understand customer needs, and confidently offer complete solutions that make their experience exceptional.
• Partner with the store leadership team to energize and motivate your crew. Help unlock their potential and drive performance by connecting daily actions to meaningful customer outcomes.
• Lead with purpose by mentoring and training your team. Share your knowledge, build their confidence, and guide them to become trusted retail rockstars who deliver real value to every customer.
• Keep the store looking sharp and well-stocked. Ensure every product is ready and available so customers can find exactly what they need, because the right solution starts with the right presentation.

When it comes to supporting our customers with the latest products, our passionate sales team are here to provide expert knowledge and advice to help them find the right solution to suit their needs.

• Working schedule - You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends
• Monthly Rostered Days Off (RDOs) in addition to your standard leave entitlements.
• Locations available - Airport West and Altona North

• Your communication skills are next-level. You build trust, spark motivation, and create genuine connections with both your team and your customers.
• You’re customer first and people centric who thrives on coaching and developing team members, building confidence, unlocking potential, and turning everyday challenges into growth opportunities.
• Fast-paced environments? You thrive in them. You juggle shifting priorities with ease, always keeping your eye on what matters most, delivering a great customer experience
• You’re hands-on and all-in.  Whether it’s jumping on the shop floor or solving a problem behind the scenes, you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and support your team to keep things running smoothly.
