About the role
This outstanding leadership opportunity will suit an engaging, people-focused Store Manager to join Officeworks at our Loganholme store. The successful applicant will leverage their strong track record of achievement in retail management whilst demonstrating a highly engaging and collaborative coaching style to help drive a fun, positive and safe operating culture in store.
As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. By developing a sound understanding of your store team, you will provide operational coaching and development opportunities to set your team up for success, inspiring a safety mindset and focus on heath and well-being.
Ensuring that the operation of your store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results, this role will maximise sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a senior retail management role leading a large and successful team of 30+ team members
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexible availability across our span of hours
- A strong understanding of a variety of Retail Operations
- Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated people leadership and safety management.
